'America's Got Talent' auditions hit Portland this weekend

PORTLAND, Ore. -- Got talent?
If you think you've got "what it takes" to shine on stage, on reality TV?

NBC's "America's Got Talent" comes to Portland on Sunday, Feb. 28 and Monday, March 1 to conduct open auditions for season five of the show.

Portland is the last stop on the show's nationwide tour to find broadcast-worthy talent, according to the show's producers.

What: "America's Got Talent" auditions
When: Sunday and Monday, 02/28-03/01
Where: Oregon Convention Center on NE MLK Blvd.

The show issued a press release announcing that a show will be taped at the Keller Auditorium in mid-March. Free tickets can be picked up online at the NBC "America's Got Talent" webpage.
